Real estate services are provided by Harp Saini, a licensed California real estate agent (DRE# 02165868), under HomeSmart PV & Associates (Broker DRE# 01400749). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors to our Site and individuals who contact us or request information about our services. By using the Site or submitting information through any form on the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

• Service providers operating on our behalf and under contract — our CRM, website host, email and SMS delivery platform, e-signature, and analytics providers — solely to perform services for us
• Transaction parties, where you are engaged in a real estate transaction with us: escrow, title, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, transaction coordinators, and cooperating brokers, for the purpose of completing that transaction
• HomeSmart PV & Associates, our sponsoring broker, and licensed team members involved in serving you
• Legal and safety disclosures, where required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory authority, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to prevent fraud or harm
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy

None of these disclosures constitute a sale of your information, and none permit the recipient to market to you on their own behalf.
